Gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo is currently in the news for political reasons.

This follows a video that emerged showing the singer performing at a rally organized by the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).

In the viral video, Mercy was seen singing to a huge crowd with the help of supporting singers.

The video has sparked a conversation on social media.

While some Nigerians online believe she has been bought by the PDP, others, however, pointed out that she was simply carrying out the duties for which she was paid.
