Mixed reactions as Daniel Regha slams Toke Makinwa, Funke Akindele for visiting Paris desite bedbug infestation

Controversial Twitter influencer Daiel Regha has blasted Nollywood actress Funke Akindele and media personality Toke Makinwa for traveling to Paris despite the bedbug outbreak there.

The influencer attacked the two celebrities on his X account, saying that their actions were detrimental for the nation since they could endanger it.

Regha claims that given the severity of the outbreak and how quickly it spreads, going there or touring there is not an option right now since they can bring it to Nigeria.

He wrote: "Not Toke Makinwa, Funke Akindele & some Naija celebs visiting Paris despite the bedbug outbreak; Just to attend a concert. Funke was contesting in the last elections, but is this how to show leadership? Putting the whole nation at risk just to get highlights. All it takes is one carelessness & this outbreak hits Nigeria."

There were a variety of responses to Regha's post, with some people agreeing with him that Toke and Funke can introduce bedbugs to the nation, which will harm Nigerians.

Meanwhile, others did not find anything wrong with the celebs' behaviour.
