Mercy Johnson receives accolades as she teaches her daughters how to pound yam

Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson Okojie has created controversy with a video of her daughters pounding yam.
The mother of four shared a video on her Instagram page showing her eldest daughters mashing yam in their village of Uromi.
Mercy said, dubbing them "Uromi babes," "If they can eat pounded yam, then they should be able to pound it."
“Uromi babes. If you can eat then you can pound”.
Mercy Johnson's fans had strong feelings about the video, which many found funny. Many praised her for teaching her kids early.
