Mercy Johnson discloses her preferred candidate for Lagos governorship election

Renowned Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson Okojie has declared her choice for the Saturday, March 18, gubernatorial race in Lagos State.

The actress reportedly camped out with Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the current governor and All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate on Wednesday, March 8, during his 'Sanwo-Olu All Night Campaign'.

Mercy took to her Instagram page and gave Sanwo-Olu an excellent performance of his administration on her scorecard.

She claimed that her support for him for a second term in office is a result of his strong performance.

The mother of four stated that Sanwo-Olu has excelled in a number of fields, including infrastructure, transportation, entrepreneurship, education, and women's development.

She urged Lagosians to vote for the APC candidate even though she acknowledged that there is still much to be done and that he has done enough to merit a second term.
