Mercy Aigbe laments cooking morning 'sari' as she joins Muslim husband in Ramadan fast

Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has resorted to social media to lament the difficulties she is facing wwith the ongoing Ramadan fast.

The actress, who was a Christian before being married to Kazim Adeoti, a Muslim and movie director, acknowledged that it has been challenging for her to get up early to prepare 'Sari' - the food eaten early in the morning by Muslims before fasting. It’s usually consumed before dawn.

Mercy added that while fasting has been pretty simple, waking up early in the morning to prepare food has been difficult.

She also shared a picture of herself nodding off while wearing an Islamic garb and confessed that her spouse had captured the image of her at her most exposed.

She mock-tackled her husband while claiming that they had a score to settle.
