Media personality Toke Makinwa has opened up about her experience with marriage and divorce while sharing her thoughts on how some men handle relationships when they no longer want to continue.

Speaking on Toke Moments, Makinwa revealed that she got married at 30 and divorced at 31. Reflecting on relationships, she said;

“I got married at 30 and divorced at 31. I don’t even think men have the balls to break up with women these days, they just frustrate you till you leave.”

She went on to explain that, rather than openly telling their partners that a relationship is no longer working, some men may become distant or behave differently in ways that make their intentions clear.

“That’s their new tactics, they will frustrate you till you leave. A man will never sit you down and tell you it’s not working out but everything about him tells you it’s not working out,” she said.
