'May God let the court do the right thing' - Davido prays as Osun election petition hearing takes off

Nigerian Afrobeats singer David Adeleke who is betteer known as Davido has shared a word of prayer for his uncle and Osun governor, Ademola Adeleke.

The superstar took to his Twitter page to wish the Osun Governor luck as the Supreme Court is set to hear the Osun State Election Petition today, May 8.

According to Davido, Ademola Adeleke is the chosen one of the people, adding that he and many others were eagerly awaiting the court's confirmation.

Davido added that the hardest part of the task had already been completed, and prayed that God would help the court make the decision that was right.

He wrote: "Osun State Election Petition hearing comes up at the Supreme Court today. We look forward to the judicial affirmation of
@AAdeleke_01 (The people’s) mandate. The hardest part is done, winning a free and fair Election. ???????? May God let the court do the right thing."
