A Nigerian man has stirred up debate on social media following his discovery that he is not the biological father of his wife's two-year-old son.

The man claimed that he married his wife, who already had a six to seven-year-old child out of wedlock and decided to take care of the child as his.

The wife gave birth to a second child a few months after their marriage, which he thought was his.
