Winner of Big Brother Naija Season 9, Kellyrae has talked about the agonizing experience he went through after losing all of his money to gambling.

The reality star revealed that the event occurred just before they appeared on the show in an open conversation with Chude Jideonwo.

Kellyrae revealed that the shame of not being able to support Kassia sufficiently caused him to become unhappy and even think about ending their relationship.

He claimed that Kassia supported him during those trying times.

Kellyrae said, “I had some money but because I wanted more, the money was not enough; I started gambling with it and then lost it all. I was depressed. Every night, I was awake, thinking. Then she [Kassia] was the one who came to my rescue.

I was thinking one day; I called her and said, let’s just break up. I feel I don’t have what it takes to really care for you because I feel guilty most of the time that there are things I’m supposed to be doing.”
