Kate Henshaw slams INEC Chairman's aide for criticising her

Actress Kate Henshaw has taken a swipe at the Independent National Electoral Commission chairman's media aide, Rotimi Oyekanmi for critising her following a post she made on social media.

The fight began after INEC announced the postponement of the Governorship and State House Assembly elections on Twitter.

A Nigerian identified as PapaKing73 on Twitter, questioned why INEC made the announcement at an odd hour where many. Commenting on the tweet Kate Henshaw said that it is only thieves that do things in such manner.

Replying to Kate Henshaw's tweet, Oyekanmi called out the actress, asking if she knows how challenging it is to conduct an election in the country.

He added that he expected someone of her caliber to be circumspect before making such comment on sensitive issues.

Kate Henshaw who wasn't pleased with his comment clapped back at him, asked him how long he will keep making excuses for incompetent. She noted that he is a beneficiary of the status quo as she asked him to step aside.
