Iyanya reacts to claims of being cursed by Yvonne Nelson due to his alleged infidelity

Nigerian singer Iyanya has addressed claims that his ex-girlfriend Yvonne Nelson has been harming his career for the past ten years.

When his successful singles "Your waist" and "kukere" were released in 2012 and 2013, Iyanya caused a stir in the entertainment world, but his career soon began to decline.

After the Ghanaian actress' recent revelation of Iyanya cheating on her with Tonto Dikeh, a Twitter user claimed that Iyanya was allegedly cursed by Yvonne Nelson.

The Twitter user stated that Iyanya's career took a nosedive for years since Yvonne cursed him for being unfaithful to both her, Tonto Dikeh and other women.

The tweep took to the comment section of a post about Yvonne's recently published memoir 'I am not Yvonne Nelson' and wrote, “Yes you are not, you are a Mami water that cursed @Iyanya for 10yrs because of Prick! Things really fell apart for him.. Thank you for releasing him..”

Iyanya chanced on the remark and simply commented saying, “Them no born am well to fit curse me."
