'It's a scam!' - Actress Doris Ogala challenges Gov. Otti over ‘new’ project

Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has attacked Abia State Governor Alex Otti over his assertions that the General Hospital Amachara, which Senator T. A. Orji erected nine years ago, would be reopened.

In a news statement, the governor mentioned that the Abia State Specialist Hospital and Diagnostic Center had undergone renovations.

According to Gov Otti: “ These facilities have been upgraded and will be driven by a round-the-clock power and water supply. We are determined to combat the threat of modern diseases by providing quality health care for our people.

“Our target is to restore all our primary and secondary health institutions in the state to optimal functionality.”

The Abia-born actress responded to the statement on her Instagram page by criticizing the governor for claiming that his administration renovated the hospital.

The actress admonished the governor to quit misleading people on social media, adding that Senator Orji built the hospital to functional standards.

The actress warned the governor to stop decieving people on social media, adding that the hospital was built to working standards by Senator Orji.

Doris continued by recounting how, a few years prior, one of her security personnel had been taken to the hospital in an emergency and received the best care.

She further dared the governor, if the hospital was indeed built by his government, to sue her in court.
