In the middle of romance rumors between Queen Damilola, the ex-wife of late Alaafin of Oyo and controversial street singer Portable, Queen Damilola has revealed who her ideal mate would be.

There have been rumors that the 'Zazoo' crooner and Dami, who was forbidden from going back to the palace following the death of Oba Adeyemi, are dating.

Despite their silence on the rumors, the couple's Instagram profiles reveal that they both acknowledged their love for one another at various points in the comment section.

Along with other love emojis, Portable and Queen Dami addressed one another as king and queen.

Dami had faced harsh criticism for dating the street music singer while having previously been married to royalty.

Queen Dami took to her Instagram page to explain that a relationship extends beyond being with an attractive person and involves being with a man who can offer happiness and welcome people for who they truly are, in what appears to be a direct response to the roiling remarks.

She wrote: “Relationship is not about fine guy, Date the man who can make you happy that can even take you for who you are.”
