The beef between BBNaija star Phyna and controversial online critic VeryDarkMan has taken yet another dramatic turn, and this time, VeryDarkMan is talking.

In a now-trending video, VDM responded directly to Phyna's explosive claims that he attempted to take advantage of her during her grief over the loss of her sister, Ruth Otabor. Phyna had also alleged that VDM obstructed her late sibling from getting justice, accusations she says she can never forgive.

Rather than a flat denial, VDM took a notably unbothered approach. He acknowledged seeing Phyna's claims online and challenged her to produce the chat evidence she referenced, while simultaneously shrugging at the possibility that it exists.

"What if I told Phyna I wanted to sleep with her? Is there a problem with that? We are adults. If I say I want to sleep with you, that would be me seeking consent," he argued.

He maintained he never made such advances but insisted that even if he had, two single adults expressing interest in each other is hardly scandalous.

In a particularly telling moment, VDM advised his supporters not to defend him on matters involving sexual claims, saying he lives openly and answers for himself.
