Nigerian actor and activist, Yomi Fabiyi has sent words of caution to Nigerians attacking late singer Mohbad's father, Joseph Aloba, for granting interviews where he asked for a DNA test on his grandson, Liam and also spoke on how his son gave his wife custody over all his properties.

During one Aloba's interviews, he revealed that he has absolutely no trust for Wunmi because Mohbad informed him before he died, that Wunmi was always putting sleeping pills in his noodles.

“I shared 18 years together with my son, and he had no record of any terminal disease. I only took him to a chemist when he was 16 for treatment of rashes. I don’t trust his wife.

"My son told me she always put sleeping pills in his noodles and went to another room to sleep with another signee in the same house.

"Mobhad made efforts to reconcile me with his mother,” he said in an interview on Friday, October 27.

Netizens have publicly criticised Aloba and said that his only concern and focus are his son's material possessions and not justice for his son who died mysteriously.

Taking to Instagram, Yomi opined that Nigerians should put an end to telling Mr Aloba how he should mourn his son.

He concluded that if Wunmi is indeed innocent, she should come forward and deny the allegations against her.
