I will just keep you safe in my heart - Obama DMW's son pens down a tribute to him

Following the death of Davido's aide, Obama DMW on Tuesday, many took to social media to express their sadness and condolences.

Musicians such as Tiwa Savage and Peruzzi took to their Instagram pages to pen down tributes to the late Obama DMW.

According to reports, Obama drove himself to the hospital and complained of having difficulty breathing and died hours later.

After his burial which was held on Wednesday, June 30, his son also penned down a tribute to his father.

He expressed sadness at his father's departure and noted that although he misses him, he will always have him in his heart.

He wrote;

"Dad, I won’t immortalize you in the stars, because they fade away. I won’t remember you with a poem, for it will be forgotten one day. I will just keep you safe in my heart, so that you are with me in every way. I miss you."
