'I went from being a cleaner to becoming a home owner in Canada - Shade Ladipo

Media Personality, Shade Ladipo, has taken to social media to share her life story of how she went from being a cleaner in Canada to becoming a home owner.

In her post, Shade revealed that during the time she relocated to Canada in 2020, she was unable to secure a job in the first three months.

She noted that she finally got a job as a cleaner in a gym, where she worked for six months, which later shut down due to the pandemic and had to suffer on government salary.

According to her, three months after, she got another job in a shit company, which almost made her insane but she was persistent and worked there for three months.

Finally, she landed her dream job in Canada, and the salary was three times what she was paid when she was working at the shit company.

Shade noted that she bought her first property in Canada six months after she got her dream job.

While sharing her tough times, she stated that people only share their success story without sharing the hard times they went through.

Her words,

“I arrived in Canada March 20, 2020. It took me three months to find a job. The job I found was working in a gym as a cleaner. I did that job for 6 months and then gym got shut down cos of COVID and I was on Govt funds for 3 months.

I got a 60k job in a shit company that almost ran me mad

I left after 3 months and told God to give me double for my trouble.

2 months later I got a job paying me three times that amount and 6 months later I bought my first property in Canada.

Why am I sharing this?.

People only tell or show you the floss but they never share the hard time.
I have haaaaard times.

2020 was one of the hardest years of my entire life but somehow…. somehow I made it through.
