Nigerian entrepreneur Blord has revealed new details about his recent detention, stating that activist Omoyele Sowore played a key role in intervening on his behalf.
Blord disclosed that he was initially expected to remain in custody at Kuje Prison until later in the month but was released earlier following external intervention.
“I was suppose to be in Kuje pr!s0n till 27th of this month but Sowore said over his dead body,” he said.
The entrepreneur further clarified that despite Sowore’s involvement, they have no personal relationship.
“I have never met Sowore in my life, but when he heard that I was being int!m!dated, he had to step in, I’m not part of the team,” he added.
His statement comes shortly after regaining freedom, adding to earlier remarks where he expressed gratitude to individuals and groups who supported him during the ordeal.
The revelation has sparked reactions online, with many Nigerians commending the intervention while others continue to follow developments surrounding the case.
