Nigerian media personality and transgender influencer Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky, has revealed that she underwent vocal feminization surgery in 2019 to achieve a softer, more feminine tone.

In a video shared on her social media page, the content creator addressed her followers about her physical transformation over the years, disclosing for the first time that her vocal pitch was modified through medical intervention.

"A lot of you don't even know that I underwent vocal surgery to sound sexy. I did my voice in 2019. I wanted to sound feminine," Bobrisky stated.

During the video broadcast, the influencer demonstrated the results of the procedure by attempting to lower her pitch to her pre-surgery voice to test if any masculine undertones remained.

"It worked. There is no trace of my former gender. I sound so feminine," she added.

One of West Africa's most prominent and widely discussed social media figures, Bobrisky has consistently documented her gender transition journey across digital platforms, frequently generating public commentary around lifestyle, beauty standards, and gender identity.
