BBNaija reality show housemate, Sultana, has hinted at possible internal bleeding from an altercation with fellow housemate Dr. Faith.

Recall that on Thursday, the 2nd of October, tension mounted at Biggie's house after two housemates, Faith and Sultana, had a heated clash just days before the reality show's finale.

However, Faith was disqualified following the altercation, which left Sultana injured after she fell to the ground.

In a fresh event, while talking to Jason, a fellow housemate, Sultana revealed that her wrist hurts, prompting her to see Biggie.

In the same breath, she also shared that she thinks she's having internal bleeding.

She further explained that she had finished her period two weeks ago, but she surprisingly sees her cycle again, and this time, it has changed color.

Her revelation has raised concerns from fans, urging her to seek medical attention with immediate effect, while others believe she's playing a pity card to make up for Faith's disqualification.
