Rising Nigerian music sensation Sulaimon Shekoni Solomon, known as Khaid, has finally broken his silence after a harrowing health ordeal.
The young star was hospitalized in April 2024 due to severe internal bleeding, a situation revealed by his record label boss, Sydney Talker.
By May, fellow artiste Adekunle Gold paid Khaid a visit, with a video showing him on the road to recovery.
On Wednesday, July 24, Khaid took to his X handle to share photos indicating he is back on his feet and ready to resume his activities.
His return post quickly garnered attention from fans and well-wishers who had been praying for his recovery.
In a heartfelt message, Khaid expressed his gratitude for surviving the ordeal, acknowledging the divine intervention that spared his life.
He wrote: "Thank God for helping me overcome what many would face and die. They couldn't keep me down; we rise again."
The singer also dropped his highly anticipated three-track EP, "444," on the night of his return. The EP features a collaboration with Olamide on the track titled "Way Back."
