I stopped kissing and hugging in movies because of my religion - Ali Nuhu

Kannywood actor, Ali Nuhu has said that he stopped kissing and hugging in movies because of his religion.

In an interview with BBC, Ali Nuhu who hails from the North said that he took the decision so as to be an ambassador of his religion.

He said, “I come from the North, and I’m a Muslim. My culture and religion does not allow for that, so I stopped acting in scenes like that. People talk about it all over but I personally think it out as an ambassador of my culture and religion and stopped."

In a related news, actress Rahama Sadau was banned by Kannywood for appearing in a music video.

The music video showed her hugging and acting romantic with the singer.
