Following the passing of veteran Nollywood actor and filmmaker Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, a poignant throwback video has resurfaced online detailing his past struggle with severe illness and family tragedy.
The movie icon passed away at the age of 66 after a battle with stage-four cancer.
In the emotional clip, Ogogo reflected on a prolonged health crisis that kept him bedridden for years, as well as the personal losses his family endured over the years.
> "I spent 7 years on a s!ck bed; I used to vomit bl00d and I couldnt even eat solid food. They had to mash the food for me before I could eat," Ogogo recounted.
He indicated that the battle with health conditions were not only confined to him alone. Sharing how he lost 10 of his siblings.
"My mum gave birth to 13 children and now just 3 are left," he added.
The resurfaced footage has triggered a wave of emotion across social media platforms, with fans and colleagues referencing his past resilience while paying tribute to his contributions to Yoruba cinema and Nigerian entertainment.

tinct voice, and contributions as a producer and director in the film industry. Funeral arrangements and Islamic burial rites are scheduled to take place in his hometown of Ilaro, Ogun State.
