Well-known Nigerian comedian and actor Ayodeji Richard Makun, often known as AY Makun, has admitted that he might not be someone to aspire to when it comes to keeping a home.
On Tuesday, January 21, 2025, the comedian expressed this while complimenting his brother Yomi Casual on his respect and love for his family.
This occurs just a few months after AY Makun acknowledged that he had engaged in actions throughout his marriage of which he was not proud.
Celebrating Yomi’s 40th birthday, AY Makun in a now controversial post on Instagram, said, “I may not have scored 100% in other responsibilities as a perfect example that is worthy of emulation when it comes to keeping the home front intact.
But I’m proud to say the love and respect you (Yomi) have for the family is second to none. Love you lots!”
After over 20 years of marriage, AY announced his divorce from Mabel Makun in April 2024. Recently, Makun Mabel shared a lengthy post on social media stating that she was willing to accept Ay if he was ready to put clear distinction between his family and his other affirs.
According to her, if AY was willing to change to a better version of himself, she would not hesitate to accept him back.
