I'm not ready for kids; I don't have time to devote - Burna Boy on parenthood

Popular Nigerian singer Burna Boy has revealed during a live video session on Instagram the reason why he is yet to have kids.

The Grammy Award winner revealed that he can’t have kids yet because he can’t be there for them due to his lifestyle.

According to Burna Boy, if you plan on having kids, you should be physically available for them at any time.

He also revealed that he plans on showing more than enough love than he received from his parent to his children.

The singer also went on to deny rumors that he is impotent, adding that even if he was there are now scientific ways to bear kids.

He said;

“Have you seen my mum the way she loves me, have you seen my dad the way he loves me. I know I can’t give that to no one right now with the life I live. When I am settled and I can be there for my children everyday, every single day till then I am not having no kids because I feel like my kids deserve better than I got. It is unimportant, lets even say it’s true lets say I couldn’t even have kids right, you know there are some things called IVF and some other scientific things.”

The majority however noted that his reason for not choosing to have kids yet is valid.
