Up-and-coming singer HK Plutorious has explained his prior claim that Primeboy, the childhood friend of the late singer Mohbad, killed the latter.

Prime Boy may have had a direct hand in Mobad's demise, according to HK Plutorious, who stated that Prime Boy was not only a jealous friend but also had feelings for Mobad's baby mama when Mobad was still alive.

HK claimed that Prime Boy's enviousness of Mohbad's fortune and way of life reached no bounds.

He pleaded with the Nigerian police to launch a complete and unbiased investigation into the circumstances of Mobad's passing and pledged to provide the authorities with any information that could help the probe.

Many people had demanded his arrest after his statement.

He later clarified his statement on his Instagram story, saying he didn't know the late Mohbad or his associates.

He claims that the Lord revealed to him and that he is only a prophet.

He wrote: “I am just a prophet and that’s what the Lord showed me. Amen.

Peace of mind. I don’t know Mohbad or his associates from anywhere. But Mohbad my bro!! I love you. We go dey jam your music dey go”.
