'I’m a son of a gangster, you’re son of a carpenter' – Burna Boy slams Brymo

Grammy award-winning singer Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu has continued to disparage his fellow musician Brymo in his most recent song.

The self-acclaimed African Giant sparked controversy with his shrewd jab at Brymo. Burna Boy was practising a freestyle session with his band, 'Outsiders' while flaunting his flashy skills and sharp rhymes.

Burna Boy in his song lyrics, said, "I'm a son of a gangster while you're a son of a carpenter," which left both fans and critics scratching their heads over the song's hidden meaning.

Fans believed Burna Boy was harshly criticizing Brymo for the November 2012 release of his second studio album, "Son of a Kapenta."

Notably, Burna Boy and Brymo had a falling out after the latter accused the former of stealing songs. He stated that the title track from Burna Boy's upcoming album, "Macabre," was sampled in the tracks "City Boys" and "I Told Them."

In a brief freestyle video, Burna exhorted fans to work hard and avoid falling off like Brymo.

In the most recent development, Burna Boy continued to attack Brymo in his song lyrics without giving an inch.
