Celebrity chef and Guinness World Record holder Hilda Baci has shared that she will be cooking 4000 kilograms of raw rice, which equals 200 bags of basmati rice, for her latest record-breaking attempt.

Speaking at a media briefing, Hilda said that her initial plan was to prepare 5,000 kilograms of rice (250 bags of 20kg basmati).

However, the figure had to be adjusted due to logistical challenges. Now, she will be cooking 4000 kilograms of raw rice, equaling 200 bags of basmati rice.

In a few minutes, global attention will be drawn to Hilda Baci as she embarks on another historic culinary feat.

For the attempt, she will cook with 200 bags of rice weighing approximately 5,278 kilograms and 1,583 kilograms of tomato paste. The pot, designed specifically for the challenge, measures six meters wide, 1.1 meters tall, and 1.3 meters deep.

The event, titled World Jollof Festival with Hilda Baci, will run for 16 hours and will be streamed live on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
