I have a burning desire to appreciate my fans –Mama Rainbow

One of the finest actresses the country has ever seen, Idowu Philips, popularly known as Mama Rainbow, has said that she has a burning desire to appreciate her fans.

The veteran actress who has given young actors a run for their money made this statement after she launched her new YouTube channel.

In a chat with Saturday Beats, Mama Rainbow, who spoke about what inspired her YouTube channel said love is the key.

“As a mother and an actor, I appreciate the love showed to me by my fans and everyone that love Mama Rainbow and in this regard, I have a burning desire to appreciate my fans.

“That is what inspired Mama Rainbow TV. Like I said, love is the key. Love is the way and the future.

“I’ll use this platform to reach out and communicate with my fans– hear their views to know what they expect from me. It is also to hear their stories and inspire them, so that they can achieve their dreams,” she said.

Like other young people who have YouTube pages, the 77-year-old added that her channel would contain interesting, inspiring and entertaining contents. She said, “What my fans should be expecting from the YouTube channel is interesting, inspiring and entertaining contents such as my movies and videos on family values, business networking and career talks, to keep them entertained.”
