I don't know Cuppy - Zlatan Ibile reacts to blocking allegations

Despite having a hit song together, musician Zlatan Ibile has stated again in a recent interview that he doesn't know who the popular Disk Jockey, DJ Cuppy is.

Recall, late last year, the daughter of billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola tweeted that she didn't know why Zlatan, an industry colleague blocked her on social media despite producing the hit song, Gelato, in 2019.

She tweeted, “10 months later and I sometimes still wonder why Zlatan Ibile blocked me on WhatsApp and Instagram without ever saying why; we were actually friends and “Gelato” was a hit!”

The pair later shot a video for the song where they were seen sharing an ice cream cone.

Reacting to DJ Cuppy’s allegations, Zlatan shocked many by claiming he doesn’t know her.

In a recent interview on The Switch show, Zlatan clarified the allegation by denying ever knowing the female DJ.

When asked what transpired between him and the DJ, Zlatan interrupted by asking “Is he an artist,” before finally stating that he does not know who that is.
