Nigerian rapper, Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, popularly as Phyno has debunked reports that he has sickle cell disease.
He made the clarification on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 via a Twitter post.
A fan of the rapper identified as Ele Peter tweeted that her love for Phyno grew bigger when she found out that she had sickle cell.
"Since I heard Phyno has sickle cell the love tripled, I pray God grants him the strength to keep fighting,” she wrote.
Reacting, Phyno wrote, “Lol. No, I do not have sickle cell. Love to everyone fighting it though.”
