In a recent tweet he posted, well-known Nigerian rapper Ycee has given an explanation for why he cheated on his partner.

The rapper claimed that he only cheated out of greed in response to a tweet that implied that cheating has a spiritual undertone.

This happened after Ycee expressed his desire for women to go back to the time when they took men who cheated on them seriously.

Ycee drops hints on his most recent album, Love Drunks. He stated that the previous one had been two years ago.

He tweeted: "Since my last body of work was released two years ago, I'm beyond thrilled to share my brand-new EP, #LOVEDRUNK, with all of you. Please take it all in as I bared a lot of emotions on this."
