Popular Nigerian singer Michael Adebayo Olayinka, better known as Ruger has shared his thoughts on love and relationship.

The former Jonzing World signee claimed he could have equal feelings for five women at once.

Ruger emphasized that presents and praises cause him to sense a connection for women as he highlighted how quickly he falls in love.

In a recent interview with The Beat 99.9 FM in Lagos, Ruger asserted that most of the time, love is genuine and not just infatuation.

He said: “I can fall in love with five different women at the same time. I don’t know if it’s possible for others but I can do it. And I will actually love them, not infatuation,” he said.

“It’s just easy for me to fall in love. Gifts and compliments make me develop feelings for ladies. I really appreciate gifts and compliments.”

Ruger made it clear that, although he has dabbled in different musical genres, his primary focus remains Afrobeats.

He added: “I can do every other thing [genre of music] but I am an Afrobeats artiste."

Recall that in March 2024, he acknowledged that he hasn't always had luck in relationships.

According to him he was still willing to commit to someone and was open to being in a committed relationship.

In addition, he acknowledged that he had some role in the breakdown of his previous relationships.

He said he took most of the ladies he was with for granted and didn't make enough time for them hence, why the relationships always failed.
