'How can you ask a legally married woman to drop her husband's surname?' - Rita Edochie

Veteran screen goddess, Rita Edochie has blasted a "woman picked from the street" who is asking that a man's legally married wife should drop his surname for her.

Rita took to her Instagram Stories to ask the woman in question while insinuating that her actions can be likened to one who uses black magic (juju).

Though she did not mention the name of the person she was referring to, netizens have concluded that she was talking about Judy Austin.

Rita wrote: "I really don't get it. How can you ask a legally and legitimately married woman to drop the husband's surname while you that is picked from the street has the right to answer his name. Jesus. No be juju be that? Anyway keep playing."

Recall that Judy Austin has come under heavy criticism due to her affair with actor, Yul Edochie, who was then married to May-Yul Edochie.

Yul and May have headed to the court for a divorce because according to May, she will not endure a polygamous marriage with Yul, since that was not what she signed up for.
