Nigerian on-air personality Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode who is popularly known as Do2tun has criticized Nollywood actor turned politician, Desmond Elliot after he donated transformers to eight communities under the Surulere constituency.

The actor who is running for the same office for a third time and represents Surulere constituency I in the Lagos State House of Assembly, stunned many with his last-minute favor.

Being a native of Surulere, Do2tun has also taken notice of Desmond's sudden favor and commented on it on his Twitter page.

Do2tun stated that Desmond was unable to even purchase a power bank for his constituency, but when the governorship elections were just a few days away, he gave transformers to eight communities.

He added that Desmond's actions were evident that politicians do not care about the people they represent because how on earth could he donate 8 transformers at a go.

He wrote: "Desmond that couldn’t buy a power bank for his constituency suddenly buys 8 transformers all at once few days to the election. Isn’t it obvious that these guys don’t care"

Desmond's actions has had many people talking.

iclaudpat: "I am not against Desmond but the only power the people have is to simply vote out anyone who they feel hasn't perform well. That's how society develop and raise d standard of leadership. D dear of being voted out push others to do more to impress the public."
