'He'll go into depression if Rufai replies him' - Netizens react as Yul Edochie calls out Rufai Oseni

Nollywood actor and filmmaker Yul Edochie has criticized journalist and Arise TV host Rufai Oseni after he got into a heated argument with APC chieftain Jesutega Onokpasa on national television.

Social media quickly became the place where Oseni and Onokpasa's argument over several national matters acquired attention.

Taking to his Instagram page, Yul Edochie addressed the issue and chastised Rufai Oseni.

The actor asserted that Oseni was morally bankrupt and had no right to disparage another individual.

Evidently dissatisfied with Oseni's actions, Edochie called the journalist disrespectful and cited a previous instance in which Oseni was seen driving in a designated Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) lane.

Edochie asserted that Oseni was forced to apologize in public on national television after a video of the incident went viral and he neglected to do so.

He said: “My friend, shut up and sit down! I’m talking to you! You have no right, you don’t have any moral justification to talk where people with integrity are talking! You’re talking nonsense on national TV; you’re a very disrespectful person, you have no respect for the laws of this country! In fact, if someone like you becomes president, you will wipe out Nigerians.

“Are you not the same person that was caught driving on the BRT lane? You could not even apologize, if not because somebody had a video, that was when you came on national TV to apologize. This is what you do, imagine the other ones that we’ve not seen before. Who taught you journalism? The first thing they should have taught you is to respect your guests.”

Yul's stance on the issue and calling out Rufai did not sit with many internet users as they criticized him for not minding his business before Rufai ends his career.
