Gospel act advises colleagues to get digital accounts

Adeyinka Akinyemi, Gospel musician, popularly known as Adeyinka Alaseyori has called on all musicians to own a digital account.

Sharing her view on social media, the singer added that the future of entertainers has now become digitalised.

“The future of music and movie distribution is digital. Hence the reason you need to own a digital account now," she said.

She further stated, “I know from interactions and personal experience that most gadgets now have USB ports. From DVD players, TV, Cars and even Phones. In fact, most DVD players and cars now come with USB ports apart from the CD slot, which means time is coming CD and DVD will go into extinction just like cassette did.

"Rather than wait to catch up, you can start now to update yourself. So many songs from your favourite minstrels are in digital stores but you are still waiting for the CD. Update, Christ didn’t die for you to stay outdated.

"Go to Boomplay, Spotify, Deezer, Audiomack, Tidal, Amazon, Apple Music, and own a digital account today,” she urged.
