Ghanaian comedienne, Afia Schwarzennegar mocks Nigeria's Door of Return

Ghanaian comedienne, Afia Schwarzennegar has mocked Nigeria for working on an event called 'Door of Return' which is quite similar to the 'Year of Return' held last year in Ghana.

The Year of Return which ended in December saw many foreigners visit Ghana to see what their ancestors went through during the slave trade era.

The initiative by the Ghanaian government was applauded by many as foreigners honored it by trooping in.

The success of the initiative has made Nigeria to come up with their own which is dubbed 'Door of Return.

This has drawn reactions from many Ghanaians one of whom is Afia Schwarzennegar who used the opportunity to mock Nigeria.

She wrote: ”But Why???? The door of return…. Na waooo do you have lights?? Or they are coming with their own generators…I know they will bring their sharp mouth, me I am sleeping ooo. Cos this will be the saga of the returnees I swearm Return to be kidnapped or return to Book Haram? I love my naija people but I beg, this one Naija no go fit…I know from a distance it looks enviable but bro where will they land? mutala Mohammed? Are you sure? And how will they move, by air, cos the traffic in Lagos is another bad news. 2020 certainly won’t be the door of return in Nigeria..you are not ready yet!!!!!!”
