Ivy Ifeoma, wife of Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy, has sparked conversations online after sharing her thoughts on relationships, wealth, and financial independence.

In a video posted on her TikTok page, Ifeoma encouraged women to focus on building their own financial success rather than making marriage to a wealthy man their ultimate life goal.

According to her, while marrying into a wealthy family may provide access to certain opportunities, a woman should prioritize creating her own source of wealth and security.

Addressing claims that she married Rudeboy because of his financial status and their age difference, Ifeoma clarified that she was already financially successful before meeting the music star.

“I was a millionaire before I met my husband,” she stated, dismissing assumptions that money influenced her decision to marry him.

She further explained that although marrying a rich partner can be beneficial, the wealth belongs to that person and should not be viewed as a substitute for personal success.

“Marrying a rich man shouldn't be anyone's primary goal. It's a good advantage, but the most important thing is to become successful yourself,” she said.

Ifeoma also noted that wealthy and successful men are often attracted to women who are ambitious, hardworking, and focused on their own growth.
