Only a few episodes into Young, Famous & African's third season, viewers demand that Nigerian actress Annie Idibia be replaced or taken off the show.

Social media users cited her mental health issues and conflicts with co-stars Zari Hassan and Ini Edo, sparking intense internet discussion.

Among other things, Annie Idibia got into arguments with Zari and Edo Ini at a heated moment on the broadcast, which drew criticism from viewers.

A social media user going by the handle @Oyinash_ posted on X, saying, “Please get Annie Idibia off Young, Famous & African. It’s not healthy for her and it’s not healthy for us, the viewers, either. This is insane. Asides her being a horrible person, she’s also being bullied. Please, it’s enough.”

Fans who shared similar feelings eagerly supported the tweet as it went viral. Many accused Annie of being under the influence of narcotics during filming, or suggested that she might be having a mental breakdown.
