Gabrielle Union collaborates with popular Nigerian designer to celebrate 50th birthday

Gabrielle Union, a well-known Hollywood actress is getting ready to celebrate her 50th birthday in style.

The actress is collaborating with Nigerian fashion label Banke Kuku to release a new collection in celebration of her golden jubilee.

The actress raved about being a fan of the company and expressed delight about their collaboration in a clip of their video that they both shared.

The collection, according to Banke Kuku, was "inspired by two women in love with all things fashion and African."

Banke in an Instagram post referred to their collaboration as an honor to have worked with Union.

Banke wrote: "I am beyond thrilled to tell you about what’s dropping tomorrow! An exclusive line with @gabunion , titled Gabrielle Union x Banke Kuku in partnership with @nyandcompany A collection inspired by two women in love with all things fashion and African.
