The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Ahmed Tinubu has stirred conversations on social media after his statement about the date of the presidential election.

The former governor who was soliciting votes at a campaign rally said Nigerians should take their PVCs and vote for him on January 25.

As elections will be held on Saturday, February 25, netizens perceived that the presidential candidate was either referring to Nigerians voting for him some weeks ago or maybe next year January.

The statement by Bola Tinubu raised eyebrows and caused reactions from social media users.
