Football is not very important to me at the moment- Peter Drury

Football commentator, Peter Drury has allayed fears of the numerous fans of the Premier League concerning his wellbeing.

In a video via fellow commentator's feed, Jim Beglin, the ace presenter revealed that football is not his biggest worry at the moment.

He appreciated the love and concern of his fans.

"I am surrounded by family. I have my health and as you can see from my horribly sweaty face, I forgot to shave. I struggle with my daily exercise but I am just back from that. And all is well," he said.

He showed his fans commentaries for his next match which was cancelled due to the lockdown. The match was Watford vs Leceister City.

"Let's face it, there are more important things in the world at the moment. I am very upset to hear about the death of Norman Hunter. I was fortunate to work with him. He was immensely kind to me and it's so sad the virus has stolen him away so soon. Please do whatever your government is telling you to do. Be sensible. Look after the people you love.

"Before too very long, summer will kick a ball on our behalf again," the commentator who does coverage for video games and Europe's club elite competition, the Champions League said.
