'Foolish children' - Bovi tackles diasporans for demanding free ticket for upcoming concert

Popular comedian Bovi Ugboma has chided Nigerians living in the diaspora for demanding complimentary tickets ahead of his upcoming show.

Bovi in a post on his Instagram page in jest asked if the diasporans were feeling entitled or hadn't found the better pastures they were pursuing abroad.

“People living in America and Canada are all up in my DMs asking me for free tickets. Una neva still see d greener pastures wey una go look for or na just stupid ass entitlement Dey do una? Foolish children,” he wrote.

While some followers found it funny, others criticized him for being unethical in his line of work.

The stand-up comedian who doubles as an actor is known for popular stand-up comedy concerts including, Bovi: Man on Fire across the globe and the Perfect Arrangement.

His show "Out of Order" will take place in Chicago on Sunday, May 5.
