Former BBNaija reality TV star, Leo Dasilva, has called for proper water management following the flooding that rocked the Gbagada axis of Lagos State on Sunday.

The flooding occurred after heavy rainfall in the area.

According to Leo Dasilva, flooding was a frequent experience for the neighbourhood around 2005.

He wrote on X, "Gbagada residents shocked by flooding don’t understand how delicate the water management system is around them.

"There used to be a massive canal lbehind Atunrase and heap of trash.

"Governor Fashola was the one that solved the flooding there when I was in secondary school. It needs management.

"If it’s not well managed, you guys will be back to 2002-2005 flooding there," he said.
