A distressing video of Elena Jessica's final moments has gone viral on social media, prompting emotional reactions from many users.

In the clip, Jessica is seen lying on a hospital bed in severe pain while medical workers reportedly carry out a wound-dressing procedure following a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery.

The video surfaced shortly after reports of her death emerged. According to circulating accounts, Jessica died after complications from a second BBL procedure that allegedly went wrong. The surgery was reportedly carried out at Cynosure Hospital, where she later developed serious complications.

Sources also claim she initially approached another clinic, Indigo Clinic, to perform the procedure but was allegedly turned away because her skin was considered “too light.”

She later underwent the surgery at Cynosure Hospital, where the operation was said to have become infected, leading to a deterioration in her condition.

Following her passing, the painful video showing Jessica crying during wound dressing began circulating online, leaving many social media users shocked and expressing sympathy over the tragic incident.
