'Feminism in Nigeria is witchcraft' - Tacha

Big Brother Naija housemate, Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, recently expressed her opinion on feminism in Nigeria.

In an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Tacha discussed her altercation with Mummy Zee, who had gained fame for waking up at 4:30 a.m. every day to prepare meals for her husband.

Tacha had previously talked about Mummy Zee in an interview with her colleague Phyna.

When Mummy Zee learned that Tacha had made fun of her on a show, she responded by saying, "That one wey no get sense." Tacha, in turn, criticized Mummy Zee harshly on social media.

During her interview with Chude Jideonwo, Tacha refuted the charge that she had made fun of Mummy Zee on her show.

She explained that she was praising the woman and questioning why feminists were trolling her.

Tacha went on to define Nigerian feminism as witchcraft and criticized it for being too focused on hating men rather than advocating for women's rights.
