Afrobeats stars Davido and Burna Boy have sparked reactions online after videos showed both artistes performing at the same event in Abuja.
The appearance took place on February 9, 2026, during the 50th birthday celebration of billionaire businessman Matthew Tonlagha, CEO of Fenog Nigeria Ltd.
Although they did not perform together, both stars mounted the same stage at different times during the lavish event.
The moment drew attention due to the long-standing public rivalry between the two singers, which dates back over a decade and includes past diss tracks such as Burna Boy’s 2017 "Way Too Big" and Davido's "FEM."
The star-studded celebration also featured performances by Flavour and Timi Dakolo, alongside appearances by comedian Bovi and Cubana Chief Priest, making it one of the most talked-about private parties in recent times.
Fans have since reacted to the rare sight of Davido and Burna Boy appearing at the same event despite their history.
