Nollywood actress Annie Idibia has reacted to rife rumors that she has reunited with her estranged husband, music star Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba.

The actress, in an Instagram Story, dismissed the rumors after an old video of her and 2Baba dancing in a Lagos club emerged.

The post has fueled speculation that the couple are now a couple despite 2Baba being married to Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.

“Old videos circulating everywhere, false news everywhere,” Annie wrote.

Annie’s statement appears to have put the rumours to rest, clarifying that the circulating footage was not recent.

Annie and 2Baba, who share two daughters, announced the end of their marriage in January 2025 after more than a decade together.
