'Even MC Oluomo is free' - More reactions trail Portable's court arraignment

Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable is currently facing charges in the High Court in Ifo, Ogun State.

On Friday, March 31, 2023, Portable was taken into police custody by authorities after acting irrationally and disrespecting police officers who were attending to legal matters at his bar.

The Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, has said that the 'Ika of Africa' as he is fondly called, will face more than six charges in court.

Many social media users have since taken a major hit as a result of the news.

Some have argued that the singer should be released on the grounds that people like MC Oluomo are still free despite all the unlawful activities that surround him.

Some, however, think that in order to discourage future offenders, the singer should be dealt with and given the necessary sentence.
